Katrice is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with 19 years of experience. She believes the body has an innate ability to restore balance when met with patience, attention, and care. Her work weaves together gut health, food-as-medicine principles, nourishment, mindful eating, habit shifts, and mind–body practices without fear-based nutrition or diet culture.
